With another week in Erinsborough behind us, we saw Logan’s behaviour get more and more unhinged before finally being busted… but has he gone for good?

Cara and Wendy created a new bond when they became secret sisters… but with Cara trying to hide her education from her family, it seems quite low-stakes in comparison to Wendy’s secret double life, keeping her age, husband and daughter a secret from her new-found uni friends.

Leo became stuck between a rock and a hard place when he agreed to have Nicolette and the newly-returned Kiri working together at Yorokobi and potentially business partners… but Leo needs the financing they bring to the table, so can the former lovers sort out their issues?

Then there is Jane, poor Jane. She finally decided that enough was enough and it is time to end it all with Mike, but will she follow through on her decision?

Let’s take a look at how everything is going to pan out next week in Neighbours, as always we have kept some of the juicier details of the story a secret, so make sure you watch every episode so you don’t miss out on anything that happens on Ramsay Street.

NICOLETTE AND KIRI CLASH AS BYRON MAKES A RISKY DECISION

The awkwardness between Nic and Kiri only gets worse this week when Nic becomes jealous as Kiri bonds with Cara and Remi.

Kiri finally admits to Leo that she doesn’t know if she can continue to work with Nic, but Leo thinks he has a way out of the problem. A wealthy investor is willing to stump up the cash he needs and be a silent partner, a much easier option for everyone involved.

Nic and Byron are hurt and disappointed by Leo’s new plans though. When Byron is alone at the winery, a phone call comes in – it is Leo’s mystery investor. Byron makes a snap decision to tell the investor that Leo no longer is interested in their agreement and the opportunity is no longer available. As Byron puts the phone down, Krista appears, she overheard the call and wants to know what Byron has just done.

Krista urges Byron to fix the mess he has created, but it is too late, Byron can’t get the investor back on board and the reality of what Byron did is finally starting to sink in. Krista chooses to lie to Leo, letting him know that the investor chose to back out, mentioning nothing of Byron’s actions. Leo now only has one option… Byron, Nicolette and Kiri are his partners again, but everything rests on Nic and Kiri being able to sort out their personal issues.

Nicolette is desperate to get on Kiri’s good side and plans a furniture sale to raise money for Kiri’s old church. When Lassiters’ manager, Brett, revokes permission on the event, Nicolette makes a passionate plea to ensure the event goes ahead, which is all overheard by Kiri. Seeing the lengths that Nic has gone to in order to help a cause close to Kiri’s heart gives her hope that maybe then can get through this.

TOADIE FEELS THE WEIGHT OF HIS PAST SURROUNDING HIM

Toadie continues to help with the repairs to the sunroom at his old house. Left alone, he feels a waves of nostalgia as he looks around and takes in the years of memories that the walls contain. Already moved by the moment, when “It’s Alright” by East 17 starts playing on Cara’s playlist, a song which he last listened to with Sonya on the day she died, it all becomes a bit much for him. Still overwhelmed by that moment, when a postcard arrives from another of his former wives, Dee, it all feels a little serendipitous.

Toadie confides in Karl about the strange timing of the reminders of Dee and Sonya. Karl urges Toadie to talk through it with his current wife. When he gets home, he shows Terese the postcard but stops short of telling his wife the full story.

A couple of days later, Toadie’s past is bought up again when he gets a call from the Real Estate Agents who look after Sonya’s Nursery. The site has fallen into disrepair and the tenants have pulled out of the business – it is no longer a tenable business because of competition from the bigger garden centres locally. Toadie is faced with the reality that he may lose the nursery for good.

Back at No.30, Toadie helps Cara once again on the sunroom. When Cara suggests that the space could do with something vintage for a bit of character, Toadie thinks he may have the perfect solution…

KIRI AND SASHA CROSS PATHS

Back in Erinsborough, it was only going to be a matter of time before Kiri is drawn back to her old church. She is surprised to see that Sasha is there and shocked to find out that the church is being shut down due to a funding issue.

The unexpected encounter forces the pair to clear the air, but when Kiri asks him about Nicolette’s true attraction to him, Sasha tells Kiri that she needs to speak to Nicolette to really find out what happened.

The two women finally talk openly and honestly and Nicolette explains the intense connection she momentarily had with Sasha, but assures her that this fleeting attraction hasn’t changed her being a lesbian. The intense conversation and new found peace between the pair leads Nic to wonder if maybe they could build a path to a stronger reconnection….

JJ’S SECRET IS OUT

Nervously waiting on the outcome of the appeal to be reinstated to Erinsborough High, JJ is cajoled into joining Nell and Dex on a trip out to Luna Park. Everyone thinks it will take JJs mind over the impending decision, not realising that a day spent third-wheeling Dex and Nell will be absolute agony for him.

When JJ finds out he is being allowed to return to school, JJ lightens up and decides to just enjoy spending time with Nell, but when Dex hounds JJ for more romantic advice, JJ finally snaps and admits to a shocked Dex that he also is into Nell. The two brother are both after the same girl.

JANE MAKE A BIG DECISION

After discussing her relationship with Terese and Susan last week, Jane was finally forced to admit to both herself and others, that her relationship with Mike is over. The issue is that she doesn’t know how to tell Mike.

Over a video call, both Mike and Jane admit, in unison, that their relationship is done. Jane is both shocked and relieved that Mike feels the same way. With that stress gone, the pair talk about having no regrets on finding each other again after 30 years apart.. but it just wasn’t meant to be.

This does leave a huge unanswered question… what about Sam? Now that Jane and Mike are not a couple, will she still want to live in Erinsborough and will Jane be happy having Sam living under her roof as a constant reminder of Mike? After Mike breaks the news of the split to Sam, everyone involved discusses the future of their once-blended families…

After the stresses of the last few weeks, Jane feels she needs to get away and requests some leave from the education board. She is surprised when they grant her request and Jane heads off to Queensland to catch up with Scott and Charlene and also meet up with Uncle Joe Mangel.

SUSAN LAMENTS HER NON-EXISTENT SEX LIFE

Feeling amorous, Susan suggests dusting off the old blue box and having some alone time to Karl, but he doesn’t get the hint. Never one to pass up a good offer, he heads off to the movies with Melanie who has some free tickets, instead.

Susan opens up to Terese about her frustrations who suggests that the pair are spending too much time together at work, so Karl now sees her as a colleague, rather than his lover…

IS PARTY-GIRL WENDY’S SECRET FINALLY OUT?

Wendy finds herself in a bit of a pickle when Parker reveals that the venue for the traffic light party is no longer available and he asks if they can move the party to her place. Cara warns Wendy that she is playing with fire, but Wendy’s FOMO leads her to find a way to get Sadie and Andrew out of the house for the day. She lets Parker know that her ‘Housemates’ are onboard and the party can move to Ramsay Street.

With Andrew and Sadie safely out of Erinsborough, Parker and Quinn turn up at No.26 to help set the party up. Wendy is thankful that the pair have turned up to help but she is completely oblivious to Quinn’s growing affection towards her.

When the party kicks off in a big way, Wendy gets stressed, but Quinn tells Wendy to chill out and encourages her to release ‘Wild Wendy’. Andrew and Sadie have their plans cancelled and return home earlier than planned where they discover the party in full swing and get to witness Wild Wendy.

Wendy’s secret life and real life have finally met, face to face…. She instantly goes into damage control. Andrew is mostly amused by the situation, especially when he finds out that her classmates think she is much younger than she is. Even Sadie sees the funny side and is just happy that her mum has found ‘her people’ to hang out with.

What neither Andrew and Sadie realise is the full extent of Wendy’s deception. They don’t realise that as far as her uni friends are concerned, Wendy is single and childless. She promises Andrew there will be no more secrets, but she can’t risk hurting her husband by admitting that she erased him and Sadie from her fictional life…

AARON’S SECRET LEADS TO HEARTBREAK

Nicolette and Leo are eager to make sure that Aaron’s grief journey doesn’t get derailed by what happened with Logan. On the surface it seems like Aaron has already put everything behind him, but what Aaron isn’t telling them is that he is still meeting up with Logan in secret.

The pair share stories about David’s life and being to bond over their shared grief.

At the end of an emotional day spent connecting over David, Aaron tells Logan that he doesn’t want him to go. The rapidly-building closeness between them leads to a steamy kiss that neither of them are inclined to hold back from…

Melanie spots Aaron and Logan together and she accuses Logan of continuing to harass her friend. She is stunned when Aaron jumps to his defense and even more thrown when she realises that this strange situation has turned romantic.

Melanie joins forces with Nicolette (Who is well known for her diplomacy and gentle tone) to demand that Logan back off. Some particularly harsh truths from Nic break through to Logan and he decides he needs to end things with Aaron. Despite Aaron’s please, Logan walks out of his life for good.

Is this really the last we will see of Logan? Is Wendy in too deep? Are Kiri and Nic heading back towards a reconciliation? Will Toadie be able to control his emotions? Will the Kennedy Blue Box finally see some action?
