THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THE EPISODE OF NEIGHBOURS SCHEDULED TO AIR ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH

It is very rare that a Neighbours wedding goes off without a hitch. Just ask Toadie. When he married Sonya there was a gas canister explosion which killed Priya Kapoor and Dr. Rhys Lawson, when he married Dee of course there was the famous incident which saw him drive their wedding car off a cliff and finally, when he married Melanie, Charlene Robinson lost her voice.

With the wedding of Haz and Mack just a few days away, it looked like everything was going well until Wade Fernsby showed up in Monday’s episode. Wade was one of Haz’s victims from when he was hacking, but Wade himself turned into a hacker, terrorising Haz’s friends and family. Haz later worked with the police to gather evidence and catch Wade in a honey trap, leading to a lengthy prison sentence.

Whilst in prison, Wade got to know Felix Rodwell who stepped in to save Wade’s life during a prison fight. Sharing a hospital room, Felix overhears a clandestine phone call on the eve of the wedding, where Wade is planning to get payback.

As a newly reformed character, Felix is compelled to warn his brother about the plan.

Andrew arranges for a subtle police presence at the wedding ceremony, just to be on the safe side. Not wanting to cause a commotion, they don’t tell Haz and Mack about the possible threat.

Luckily, the ceremony goes off without a hitch and Andrew considers it to have been a false alarm.

Later, Felix, now released from hospital, spots a former inmate from the prison hanging around Haz’s car. When he sees Haz and Mack leave the wedding in a rental car, he presumes that there is nothing to worry about.

Felix tells Andrew about what he saw and they go to check out the car, but when they get to the car park, there is no car to be found. Someone has taken it and there is a trail of liquid leading away from where the car was parked.

Who is driving the car and what danger are they in?

Check out all the unmissable drama leading up to the HazMack wedding in episodes of Neighbours streaming on Amazon Freevee and Amazon Prime Video, with new episodes available from 7am, Monday-Thursday. The wedding will air across two days, Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th September.
