Recently released from jail, Felix is thought to be a reformed character, but his family are unaware that he has lied to Andrew and Wendy about his donation of sperm to Philippa. Last week, we saw that Felix and JJ have matching birthmarks on their lower backs… this can only mean one thing, right?

Well, we may never get to find out the full truth as Felix plots an escape from Erinsborough. The Rodwells return home to find him entertaining his girlfriend Jools in the hot tub (did no one tell them that Hamish was murdered in that hot tub?). Felix manages to convince Andrew and Wendy that Jools is a good person and not to be worried about her being around.

Wendy helps Felix get a job at Eirini Rising as a labourer which should be good news, but Felix quickly gets overwhelmed by being in such close proximity to JJ. With everything getting too much for him, Felix hints to Jools that once he has saved enough money he is going to leave Erinsborough – even if that means breaking his parole.

Meanwhile, JJ is dealing with his own issues, getting backed into a corner at the complex by Slade and his gang. JJ tries to use the self defence moves that Andrew taught him, but it is fruitless, Slade manages to overpower JJ but just as the teen is about to get pummelled by the gang, Felix appears and scares them off.

Impressed by the way Felix handled the situation, JJ turns to him for advice. Felix’s advice contradicts everything that Andrew taught him, but he has a new found sense of confidence when the gang turn up once again. Can JJ stand up for himself using Felix’s prison-taught street smarts? It isn’t just about the street smarts though, Felix convinces JJ that they need to give Slade a taste of his own medicine…

Slade continues on his rampage through Erinsborough and hassles Nell, walking along Power Road. Young Hugo steps in to try and defend his sister, but the gang are amused by this tiny child having a go at them. They grab Hugo and throw him into the boot of the car, driving off, leaving Nell panicked. What will happen to her brother?

Nell raises the alarm and Andrew leads the hunt for Slade in the hope of finding Hugo safe and well. Terese and Toadie are both shocked and terrified when they hear about Hugo’s kidnapping. The fraught emotions between the couple only makes the crisis more difficult to deal with. All that they can do is desperately wait for the Police to track Hugo down.

JJ later has another run-in with Slade and uses Felix’s advice to successfully psyche him out. After weeks of hassle from Slade, JJ is elated that he has managed to win one over the bully and thanks Felix for his help.

Felix is uncomfortable with the praise and the fact that JJ seems to be growing close to him. Knowing he can’t stick around in Erinsborough much longer, Felix makes a fateful decision…

These episodes will air on Wednesday 13th March and Thursday 14th March. New episodes of Neighbours are available to stream from 7am Monday-Thursday on Amazon Freevee and Amazon Prime Video.
