SPOILERS: THIS ARTICLE REFERENCES THE UNMISSABLE DRAMA SET TO AIR IN EPISODES OF NEIGHBOURS BETWEEN NOVEMBER 11TH-14TH

The unmissable drama never ends in Erinsborough and next week is no exception, as new (and old) faces arrive on Ramsay Street, the Mel/Vic/Jane love triangle moves into a new stage, tensions brew at the Share House and one of our Neighbours ends the week with their life at risk…

Let’s take a look at the main stories we can expect from Erinsborough next week… as always, some things have been left out so you will need to watch to find out the whole story!

SUSAN AND KARL ARE LEFT TO CLEAN UP AFTER TERESE

Terese has gone, leaving Karl and Susan drowning in work, made worse by several residents of Eirini Rising submitting reports of imagined or exaggerated ailments following the gas leak.

When Karl discovers that groups of residents have been meeting at Harolds, he suspects that they are planning to take a lawsuit out against Eirini Rising. Moira quickly confirms that this is what is happening, leaving Karl and Susan concerned.

Karl knows how close Moira admires Harold, so ask him to try and dissuade the other residents from taking legal action. This is a success, but the connection between Harold and Moira leaves her realising that getting behind the lawsuit was driven by loneliness rather than a genuine grievance.

VIC RECEIVES AMOROUS ATTENTION

After Nicolette tried to paint her father in a bad light, Mel decides to take a step back from Vic. She vents to Krista about being taken in by a man, but Krista has her own suspicions.

She encourages Melanie to speak with Vic, hooping that the truth will come out. When Melanie takes the advice though, she just tells Vic that he should be with Jane and whatever they had was just a brief flirtation.

Hurt by Melanie’s rejection, Vic commits to giving his relationship with Jane another go. This delights Jane, who believes this could be her happy-ever-after.

Krista confronts Nicolette, warning her that she needs to come clean with the truth, leaving Nic with no option but to burst Jane’s bubble, admitting that she lied about Vic to Melanie.

Faced with a dilemma, Jane opts to bite her tongue and keep Vic in the dark, sacrificing the truth to give herself a chance at happiness. Whilst she goes all-in with Vic, he is reluctant to engage in any kind of intimacy. Realising that she can’t lie to him, she reveals the truth about Nicolette’s meddling.

Meanwhile, Melanie is determined to move on from Vic and sets about planning her trip, but when Vic, newly-furnished with the truth, turns up on her doorstep, she is tempted to jump back into his arms. What will Melanie do?

Nicolette discovers that Vic and Jane have split, leaving her disappointed. And it isn’t good news for Vic either, walking away from Jane, he threw his cards on the table to Melanie but she shut him down. She is leaving Erinsborough – but alone.

HOLLY IS BLACKMAILED INTO RELIVING HER TRAUMA

Still struggling to process her trauma and with Felix, her support, gone, Holly is in a vulnerable state and is emotionally blackmailed by Liv from the Crimesborough Podcast into taking part in a tell-all story about her experience with Heath.

She feels that she owes Liv, but is it the right thing for her to go through all of this again for the sake of entertainment?

MAX RAMSAY MAKES A SPLASH

A handsome stranger barges through the Lassiters complex, unknowingly knocking Holly into one of the pools, leaving her soaking and furious.

Later, out with Byron, Holly sees the man again and angrily confronts him. His smug attitude doesn’t please Holly and even Byron is on the verge of getting physical. Both Byron and Holly are left speechless when they discover that this arrogant stranger is Max, Shane Ramsay’s son!

Shane is back in town too and his return pique’s Paul’s interest. He connects with his old friend and it is revealed that Shane’s relationship with Izzy has gone awry, but he isn’t keen to share the details.

Learning that her mother’s relationship is over, Holly is even more angry at Shane – and Max. She wants to know why they are in Erinsborough, but neither man are willing to talk about why they are there. It seems they are both keeping secrets.

With a little help from Shane, Max lands himself a job as an Executive Assistant at Lassiters. Karl meets the new team member and immediately likes him, trying to set him up with his daughter. Holly is disgusted at the thought of getting involved with him.

Shane is a lovesick mess over his failed relationship with Izzy. Karl tries to offer advice, but it goes nowhere, so Paul suggests a boys night out. The night is a disaster though when Shane can’t get Izzy off of his mind.

Meanwhile, Krista is less-than-impressed at Max in the EA role, but knows it will be a challenge to convince Paul that his old friend’s son shouldn’t be hired. Krista takes time to get to know Max and discovers that he doesn’t want to be at Lassiters, he only took the job to please Shane.

Krista interrupts the boys night out to tell Paul that Max’s trial as EA is over and she urges Shane to find out what will make Max truly happy.

VERA RUFFLES FEATHERS AT THE SHARE HOUSE

Vera decides she needs to interview for new housemates to move into No.32 to help share the rent.

Byron and Nicolette try to talk Vera down, do they really need another person? Vera is adamant and reveals that she has offered a bedroom to one of the people she spoke to – Max Ramsay.

Byron and Holly are furious to learn that Max will be moving onto Ramsay Street. Max doesn’t let the hostile welcome damp his spirits and he takes no time to get settled in, immediately flirting with Sadie. When Byron steps in, getting territorial over Sadie, she is less than impressed.

Andrew begs Sadie to move back home and Byron sees an opportunity, he asks Sadie to move into No.32 permanently, then they don’t need to get Max to move in.

Sadie is less than impressed at Byron’s attitude but agrees to move in – on the condition that Byron allows Max to stay to. She should move in because Byron wants her to, not just to stop Max from moving in.

Byron accepts her terms, Sadie is moving in… now, she just has to tell Andrew that she isn’t going back home.

CARA AND REMI MAKE A BIG DECISION – BUT TRAGEDY AWAITS

When Cara and Remi discover that Aaron and David had discussed having another baby with Nicolette before David died, Cara suggests to Remi that maybe Aaron would make a good donor and he could get the second child that he wants too.

They discuss the possibility and also realise that there are issues too – how would Nicolette feel, not to mention JJ and Dex. Eventually they decide to go all-in and ask Aaron if he would donate.

They are quickly deflated when Aaron reveals that he is a gene carrier for Huntington’s disease, so can’t be the father of their child.

Disappointed, Cara and Remi realise that they do want the donor to be someone they know – putting them on a new path.

Desperate to get their finances in order to prepare for the new baby, Cara takes on extra work and gets called in late at night to fix some guttering at Lassiters. In haste, Cara skips a couple of safety precautions to get the job done.

In the dark, an absent-minded Holly fails to secure a ports trolley, leaving it to run into a ladder that Cara is working atop of.

Cara crashes hard on top of some jagged guttering on the ground. She is rushed to hospital where Remi is on duty. She rushes to see her wife, finding that her pulse is fading. She comes to the instant realisation that Cara is bleeding out…
