It has been a rough few weeks for Melanie. Coming out of hiding to reunite with her ex-husband and admitting she absconded after killing someone, a crime she was arrested and then jailed for, then the murder victim turning up alive and well, getting caught up in a riot that caused her to nearly die, fighting extradition to the UK to face drugs charges and facing local criminal charges too… But it was only after a failed attempt at internet dating, Melanie has decided that it is time to leave Ramsay Street. Whilst Toadie and Terese think that this is a good idea, Karl thinks it is too soon in her recovery.

Cara’s sister has arrived like a whirlwind, her enigmatic larger-than-life personality drawing people in and it is clear that Cara lives in awe of her sister, but Remi clearly has reservations about Chelsea Murphy. Remi sees Chelsea trying to connect with Paul Robinson. She impresses him with an eloquent pitch, but what exactly does Chelsea want from Paul?

Haz has struggled to cope since Trevor’s original owners have surfaced. He gives in and calls Alyssa, Mackenzie uses her legal know-how to try and assure Haz that he is legally Trevor’s owner and Alyssa has no rights to him. but when Alyssa requests a meet-up and Haz’s conscience gets the better of him.

What will Haz do? Can he live knowing that someone else loved Trevor as much as he does and they are now missing him? Will Cara ever see past Chelsea’s confident exterior or are Remi’s suspicions totally unfounded? Will Melanie leave Ramsay Street? Is that really what Toadie wants?
