Checking herself out of rehab early, everyone was shocked when Krista returned to Erinsborough with a glamourous new look. She met up with her sober-companion, David, at The Waterhole and he was surprised by how put-together and confident she was so soon after going through withdrawal. David’s brother Leo was also at The Waterhole and the new-look Krista also caught his eye…
Krista was more interested in catching up with Paul Robinson though. He was also shocked by the new Krista, even more when she confidently informed him that they need a little chat.
Paul was not happy to find out that Reece had appointed Krista as the new representative of the Sinclair family business at Lassiters, there to ensure that Paul doesn’t use the hotel as his own personal play thing. When Chloe returns to Sydney, she will undertake all of her tasks and be there to make sure the hotel and the Sinclair investment, are running smoothly.
Paul queried her experience and qualifications in helping to run the business.
“I have all the qualifications that I need, I’m a nepo-baby.”
Krista took immense joy in seeing Paul’s discomfort, but informed him that she will be taking her role seriously. After the events of the last couple of years, she has something to prove to her sister.
Not everything is as it seems though, back at her hotel room, Krista’s facade broke and the look of stress rolled over her face, before she ran to the bathroom to be sick.
