With Paul distracted by looming criminal charges and Reece coming to terms with finding out her sister has been murdered, things are not looking good at Lassiters. With no management oversight, things are falling apart and we even see Building Manager Cara Varga-Murphy dragged in to help as a porter due to staff shortages.

Leo Tanaka thinks he knows just the person that the hotel needs in a time of crisis and gets on the phone to his old friend, Chloe Brennan. After chatting it over with her partner, Elly, and also speaking with her bosses at Lassiters Sydney, where she now works, Chloe happily jumped on the first available flight to Melbourne to help out at her former workplace.

Although we saw Chloe during Flashback Week in scenes set around Toadie and Melanie’s wedding and Paul and Terese’s vow renewal, this is the first time we have seen Chloe back in present-day Erinsborough since the show returned in September.

Surprisingly, Paul was delighted to see Chloe back in his office (After all, she was always good at doing the rosters) and she will no doubt take some of the pressure off as Paul deals with his own drama.

But with her ex, Nicolette, recently returning to Erinsborough too, will it all be plain sailing for Chloe?
