When Real Estate Agent Rhett turned up on Ramsay Street last year, he quickly took a shine to Aaron. Fresh off of the drama of a failed relationship with stalker Logan, Aaron was rightfully on edge. When Aaron discovered Rhett was lying to him, it set off alarm bells and the new love interest was sent packing.

Eventually it was revealed that Rhett was having to lie to because of professional ethics, covering up for one of his clients, Vera Punt. Once everything was explained, Aaron backed down, but when Rhett asked Aaron out on a date after the Boylesque show, he politely declined.

Next week Rhett runs in to Aaron at The Waterhole, he tries his luck again and invites Aaron to a movie. Put on the spot, Aaron makes his excuses and rushes back to work, leaving Rhett without a proper response.

Later, Jane shares some heartfelt advice with Aaron when she learns about his hesitancy in dating again. Re-energised, Aaron bites the bullet and approaches Rhett and accepts the date.

When Yaz sends Aaron on an urgent errand, the date plans are scuppered. Jane suggests that Rhett joins Aaron on the errand and the pair can spend some time together.

Heading into the city together, things start off well, but when Aaron struggles to navigate his way around the city he begins to get stressed and then he continues to mention David throughout the date.

An anxious Aaron fears he is ruining the date but Rhett does what he can to calm Aaron’s nerves.

But is it too late? Has Aaron missed his chance with Rhett?

You can catch up on all the past drama on Neighbours with episodes streaming on Amazon Prime Video. New episodes from the 2025 season will drop beginning on January 6th from 7am.
