Fans of classic Neighbours rejoice! Shazza is on her way back to Erinsborough! Sharon Davies, played by Jessica Muschamp, was a regular on Ramsay Street between 1988 and 1990 before making a brief appearance in the 2022 finale wishing her friend Melanie best wishes on her wedding.

Could Shazza’s return be linked to Melanie, who hasn’t been seen by the residents of the street since she walked out on husband Toadie a year ago? No details of her return have been released yet but her strong connection to Mel could be the reason for her to head back. Sharon and her elder sister Bronwyn were also friendly with Jane Harris2, living with her and Mrs. Mangel at No.32 Ramsay Street. This week Jane has been seen finally getting engaged to her first love, Mike Young, but also troubled by news of issues at Erinsborough High. Could Shazza be back to support Jane?

During Sharon’s time on the show she was involved in a love triangle with Lucy Robinson and Nick Page, suffered from an eating disorder, posed nude as a life model and was responsible for a fire that devastated the coffee shop. Sharon eventually moved to New Zealand to be with her sister Bronwyn and new husband Henry Ramsay.

Watch Jessica announce her return on social media:

Sharon will arrive back in Erinsborough later this month and you can catch up with all the goings-on in Erinsborough on Amazon Freevee and Amazon Prime Video, with new episodes released Monday – Thursday at 7am.
